  The Filipina cashier needs to improve her customer service. Unprofessional Filipina cashier when I shopped there last month in April 2018. I know the New XO Market has a new color to it because I took a photo of it. The laundry mat and restrooms need to be clean. Ms Yu (my tenant) needs to hire Real Cleaners and train the rest of her employee's with Great Customer Service. I expect more from Ms. Yu and her employee's in my premises. To most of the shoppers in New XO Market, thank you for shopping and see you next time. Please write down how you truly feel because I believe we can make a huge difference in New XO Market, Laundry Mat, and Poker place. Thank you, QueeN

  This was my one-stop-shop haven when I first got my own apartment on Saipan, because they have so many things like food, toiletries, kitchen utensils, household appliances, laundry and bedroom necessities, pet stuff, underwear, basic car stuff and so much more. Room for improvement is cleanliness, organization and temperature.

  This market may be big with a lot of items on sale; however, if you are a "clean freak" or would like to go to a store that is clean this would not be the best place to go grocery shopping. The whole atmosphere of this place is quite dusty. The prices of the items may be okay but as for the whole look of the place, it seems to be very messy and filthy. I'd recommend if you want to save a few cents, but that is if you are willing to just ignore the cleanliness of the place.
