  This is how you get to Tinian. They also fly between Guam, Rita, and Saipan, but I used them to fly from Saipan to Tinian. For about $100, they will fly you from Saipan to Tinian and back. It is a 15 minute flight on a small Cessna-type aircraft. The pilots are professional. The view is great. I gave four stars instead of five because there can be a long wait (2 hrs) if a tour group shows up before you. They don't have a way to rapidly respond to abrupt changes in demand like that.
