::The service was awful. Their front of house couldn't be less attentive if they tried. Backs turned to the guests for 5-10 minutes at a time while you sit with empty drinks. Took nearly 2 hours to get our food (they had an issue with the stove), however guests that sat 30 minutes after us were on their third dish. One of the things we ordered was ceviche... We had to remind them that they could probably bring us that since it's a raw dish? C'mon... Then we received 2 dishes we didn't order and never showed up with the scallops. What we did receive was nothing to write home about. Won't be back.

::This restaurant is a true pleasure to visit. The food is gourmet and exquisitely delicious - a mix of Peruvian and Italian cuisine. The flavors were clearly the result of skill and long hours - I was blown away by the parmigiana, white bean soup, and fried ice cream. This experience would fit any large city, and it is such a privilege to experience it in Saipan. I highly recommend Roques Tavern for all food lovers.

::Chef I am Peruvian Chef, from lima, i try to talk to you but they tell me you were super busy, you food it was amazing, the lomo, the fishermans pie, the Jalea and tje Ceviche it was like eaten in Peru Thank you I really enyoi everything ,the place lools awesome... ::I had heard very good things about Roque's Tavern, so I had high expectations. It was furnished very nicely and was very cozy. The food unfortunately didn't live up to the hype. One of the guys ordered a pasta dish, and it never arrived. We finally asked if it was coming and they said they were out of the ingredients to make that particular dish, so they just substituted with another pasta, without informing him. I ordered the Fisherman's pie, which had a very heavy sauce that drowned out the flavor of the seafood. I wouldn't order it sgain. Maybe we just caught them on an off night, but I was not impressed with the service or food.
