  Build it and they will "NOT" come; tourist arrival numbers are down. Respirator required for non-smokers. Yes, indoor smoking is permitted...how fitting...gambling is just as much carcinogenic.

  This gaudy monstrosity is a very sad excuse for a casino. They are the most unprofessionally run casino you will ever see. They refuse to open more tables even when they have tons of players waiting to play. They only care about their VIP players, the rest is just a front.

  Fun to see such an ostentatious place in Saipan. Really feels out of place. But it is fun if you like to gamble. Reasonably priced tables, a diversity of games. Staff were professional and friendly.
