::Fast service and expert cleaning. Only problem I have is whenever I make an appointment, I don't think they handle appointments very well. I've had to change my appointments twice cause they forgot or haven't written down information. So I'd suggest to anyone making appointments, it's probably better to drop off your car and make an appointment within an hour of drop off, that way they'll know what car to clean next. But other than the service, Auto Steam impressed me very well with how my car turned out! I recommend this place especially when you're on a budget!

::Great place to take your car to get cleaned. Reasonably priced. When they are busy it’s not worth the wait. Unfortunately for them “busy” is anything over two cars (hence the 3 stars). They did a great job at cleaning our car and even deep cleaned our car seats.

::Love their services... they have Wi-Fi service in their waiting rooms and have coffee available while your car is getting cleaned!!

::I made a appointment for Tuesday at 12pm for exterior clean only. I made the schedule on Sunday. I was told by the employee that it is better to make the appointment because they get really busy. I was also told a exterior clean will take about 15 to 20 mins. On the day of the scheduled time I dropped my vehicle and waited. The employees had two vehicles in the bay being cleaned. I already knew these guys wouldn't get to mine on the appointed time. So I waited and in the end I had to return to work @ 1pm without getting my vehicle cleaned. This was my first experience at this car wash. I already contacted the management expressing my disappointment and they have made arrangements for my truck to get cleaned the next day. The point I make is that I had a appointment that was made several days in advance and auto steam did not keep to the schedule. Disappointed.
