::This a great place for kids to play, BUT not a safe place to leave your kids unattended. I would give this place 0 stars for the workers at kids cafe, especially the older woman. All she does is stand around and keeps talking to her co worker, the other old lady. My children got hurt because no was watching him. I also tried asking for water nicely , but she didn't even acknowledge my presence. Additionally, I waited for 5 minutes just to make my kids enter because she was busy talking to another customer, as if she doesn't sees me. The lack of customer service and attentiveness for children really sparks my concern for this business. I would definitely recommend NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE when she is working. All she does is talk to the other older worker, and if both of them don't watch the kids then why hire them? I will delete this review ONCE THIS IS FIX

::I honestly love this place because of the good service from the cafe and kids area however, when I brought over my child to play at the kids zone, the old lady just stands while the other worker cleans everything Herself/Himself!!! I always come to summer snow and this has been the case everytime I see her! I feel bad for those younger workers who don't receive the help they need during their shift with the older lady. She loves to just stand up and do absolutely nothing and I only ever see her talk, even to me once when she should be watching my kids with her co-worker not only her co-worker should be the one working!8 I hope summer snow can advise them to work their job or find somewhere else because I don't want to put my child in the kids zone knowing that the older lady worker (if she is there when I go there) is not keeping an eye on them. I hope my concern will be fixed.

::I’m a big fan of the mango snow. My family and I come here occasionally just to enjoy before going back under the sun again. Great place to cool off when the heat is getting intense on the island.

::I came here last week, with my kids. I ordered Spicy Pork, Tteobokki, Snow Ice and the service and the food was great. Good people up at the cash register area. After we placing my orders I went on to the Kids Cafe so my kids can play. The service was excellent but after an hour I saw some Koreans fighting my kids. I then realize that those Koreans were the kids of the boss. They are so naughty and abusive to my kids. Plus they just keep coming in and out of the kitchen area and it is so disgusting. I will never ever come back to this place again. THE BOSS’ KIDS FOUGHT MY KIDS AND MY KID EVEN CRIED. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

::This place is literally about to break and the owner won’t even bother to fix them. The glass in their “jungle gym” is already cracked, mold everywhere under the gym. I heard that all they did was spray paint the mold and they didn’t even bother to clean it. The light switch in the kids restroom is cracked and they won’t fix it. The kids are in danger to get electrocuted. The food is good but right now I won’t suggest this place to bring your kids. They need to renovate this place first
